We recommend professional dry cleaning for most of our garments, particularly those crafted from silk, wool, or embellished fabrics. For cotton items, gentle hand washing with premium detergent is advised.
Storage
Store your items in a cool, dry place. Wool and cashmere should be folded to maintain shape, while silks and structured pieces should be hung on padded hangers. Use breathable garment bags for dust protection.
Protection
Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can fade natural dyes. Keep leather goods away from moisture and heat. For leather preservation, use a high-quality leather conditioner annually.
Restoration
Should your item require repair, we offer an in-house restoration service for Veliessa purchases. Contact our support team for assessment. Avoid attempting repairs at unauthorized alterers to preserve the integrity of the piece.
